Goods and Service tax

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is an indirect tax which replaced several existing taxes that included central excise duty, services tax, additional customs duty, surcharges and value added tax . Under GST, goods and services are taxed at the following rates 5%, 12% ,18% and 28%. In addition, several items face zero levy. There is a special rate of 0.25% on rough precious and semi-precious stones and 3% on gold. In the GST system, tax is levied only on the value added at each stage because credits of input taxes paid at procurement of inputs will be available. The GST council is a governing body consisting of representatives of Central as well as state governments body that will take all important decisions regarding the GST. The predominant responsibility of the GST Council is to regulate and direct the implementation of goods and service tax in the nation. The GST Council dictate tax rate structure, tax exemptions, rules and regulation, composition scheme etc

Proprietorship/Individual
  1. Passport Size Photo of Proprietor.
  2. PAN and Aadhar Card.
  3. No objection certificate of the owner.
  4. Copy of electricity bill.
  5. Rent agreement (in case premises are rented).
Private limited Company | Limited company | OPC
  1. Passport Size Photo of directors.
  2. PAN and Aadhar Card of directors.
  3. PAN card of the company.
  4. Certificate of Incorporation.
  5. Copy of Board resolution.
  6. No objection certificate of the owner.
  7. Copy of electricity bill.
  8. Rent agreement (in case premises are rented)
Limited Liability Partnerships ( LLP )
  1. Passport Size Photo of designated Partners.
  2. PAN and Aadhar Card of designated Partners
  3. PAN card of the LLP.
  4. Registration Certificate.
  5. Copy of Board resolution.
  6. No objection certificate of the owner.
  7. Copy of electricity bill.
  8. Rent agreement (in case premises are rented)
Normal Partnerships
  1. Passport Size Photo of Partners.
  2. PAN and Aadhar Card of Partners.
  3. PAN card of the Partnership.
  4. Partnership Deed.
  5. No objection certificate of the owner.
  6. Copy of electricity bill.
  7. Rent agreement (in case premises are rented).
